[Scan-DC] Serious Accident I-70

Hi, Doug et all;
The wreck is on eastbound I-70 in Howard. Paramedic 45 got on the scene with 
2 cars and 3 trapped and asked for 2 helicopters. After further eval, he (the 
medic on 45) advised 2 pri 4s (fatal) and a pri 1 (life threatening) who is a 
RSI (rapid sequence intubation) candidate.
