[Scan-DC] Serious Accident I-70

There's a serious accident somewhere in MD on I-70 - I wasn't really paying 
attention to who was transmitting (154.280, Mutual Aid) but think it must be 
in Frederick County - units from Carroll are assisting.  Two helicopters 
requested, also reported 2 Priority 4s, at least one Priority 2 and one 
Priority 1.

No mention of where on I-70 as of now...
