[Scan-DC] Introduction

If been a lurker for some time now and have decided it is time to introduce myselve.
  Name is Gary Davis.  I'm retired Army (22yrs), Amateur liscense KF4YLR.  I'm an RF Technician for a small company in Fairfax City.  My boss has allowed me to put an antenna on top of the company building (5 floors)and run coax to my office in the basement.  
  I live in Southern Stafford County, near the King George Co line.
  I currently have a BC780 at both locations as well as one in the car. I've ben using ARC780 for programming, and Scancat for operating and searching.  I'm primarily interested in FED/Mil comms, but follow local stuff as I can.  Having just purchased the BC250D, I'm going thru learning curve on it. My wife is very understanding and has allowed me to put an antenna on the house and set up a listening post in the living room.  I'm currently at home monitoring Fairfax with the 250D, and AP Hill, Quantico, Dahlgren, with the 780. Due to a request a bit ago, I'm in the process of finding/listing Fast Food freq useage in Fredericksburg area.  I'll post that when its ready.
