[Scan-DC] Fairfax County System and the 250D

Picked up 250D this morning.  I also had problem with I-calls, but after re-entering(?) the I-call mode it started working.  I'm currently using the trunkedradio talkgroup list, and the info seems mostly complete/correct.  Did just receive talkgroup 18096 with Aircare 1 giving fuel load report.  Audio is sounding good.
  I currently have Scancat in CC mode logging all the talkgroups.  Should have a nice list by monday morning.
