[Scan-DC] Helicopter Hovering Potomac?

SOP for Muscle flights, there are 3 that make the run on approach to the White
House and the one carrying POTUS will break off after approach and land. All
units go back to Bowling after they get it done.

I saw one.. don't know if it's the same one.. it was one of the ones that
the Muscle helos i think.. it was going in real fast and low to the ground
near National...

didnt have scanner with me..
