Ah - thanks, John, I didn't know it was confirmed... do you suppose that's 
what I'm hearing on 164.865?  I suspect so - I forget how close you can 
program these radios and still receive - this is an old Pro 2023.  (It will 
program offsets in UHF, but I guess they all do...)
