[Scan-DC] 143.7

Anybody have any info on 143.7? I have it very weak in Southern MD. I
have it programmed in AM & FM modes and it is a garbled on both.
Transmission sounds remind me of how the Marine telephone patches used
to sound like when you could call the marine operator via radio and they
would connect you to landline. The voice was garbled and very "tinny".
