FWIW, I plugged in that freq the other night and haven't heard anything - 
I'm in "Muttgummery" County.  If it _is_ AP Hill, not surprising that I 
didn't pick up anything - that's a pretty good ways away...

Speaking of the Coast Guard and Balt harbor/Military stuff, tho, I heard on 
the news this morning that the Comfort was to leave Balt Harbor this morning 
for good ol' Diego Garcia, in prep for a possible invasion of Iraq... 
anybody pick up any traffic on that?
