Jeff - RE: 143.325 ... I think that's a military security frequency that =
is used at the Goast Guard Yard at Baltimore (Curtis Bay). I have it =
programmed and also hear intermittent transmissions that cover all sorts =
of subjects, including the weather. When it's active its loud and clear =
as I drive near the USCG on the way to work. In any case, it's a =
federal frequency, and that's the best guess as to what I think it might =
be, other than that other military access area on the west side of =
Curtis Bay south of the 695 overpass out at the end of Ordnance Road. I =
don't know all they do, but I think there's a prison in that area also. =
Based on the loud and clear use on this frequency in this area, it's =
gotta be one of those 3.
Best time to catch something on that frequency seems to be between 6 and =
8 in the morning, probably related to shift change or something.
