[Scan-DC] 143.325 FM

Hey folks,
	Anybody have any awareness of possible user on 143.325 "FM"? I
have looked through the FCC Records and have done multiple net searches
and can't come up with anything on that Freq. 
	It is not extremely active but periodically when it goes active
I hear weather info. The message is possibly recorded and it's a little
weak. I thought it might be PMSV for Aircraft but the format of the
transmission makes me think otherwise. 
	I did find some possible usage in the Massachusetts area,
(possibly skip) but I find it unlikely. 
	BTW, I am in the Southern Maryland Area. Also, Just FYI I have
it programmed as AM and FM and when it goes active the AM channel just
opens the squelch while the FM Channel is audible.
	Any thoughts?
