I don't have one but they should work fine.  Loudoun is APCO-25 voice with
Motorola 3600 baud control channel.  Very few talkgroups are encrypted
(like fire marshalls).

The same goes for Fairfax County, MWAA,
Montgomery County and DCFD.

I have no idea when Prince William will switch to their
new system.  They were turning it up but It's been
completely off for many months (unless they got
more freqs and moved the control channel there).
