YES...All Montgomery County Services will be on the new system.  
Apparently, DFRS will maintain VHF-Hi Ch1 and Ch2 patches for some time 
to come for MSP Helicopter comms, Dispatches, et al. MCPD will not be 
maintaining simulcasts after the cutover.

YES

That's still an issue right now.  I'm hearing NO, but who knows what 
the future may bring for MSP, since they're already operating on 
numerous 800Mhz TRS' around the state.  Look at MSP-Westminster using 2 
TG's on Carroll County's system as we speak, plus MSP-Frederick using 
Frederick County's TRS. Those are good examples.  There are others, too.
