[Scan-DC] Scanner purchase opinions?

Thanks, Jim, this is one question I did have... is the MC system actually in 
use now?

And will MCPD be simulcasting, or will they just cut over?

Am wondering if I should spend the $109 now as a stopgap for a few years of 
use, or just wait.
