[Scan-DC] Scanner purchase opinions?

 Hi Doug, Here is one of the sites to check for scanners. I bought from 
Scanner world but not anymore since they refused to refund a service policy i 
had on a radio after it was stolen and before the original warrenty was out. 
From then on I buy from Grove Ent or communications Electronics which neither
