[Scan-DC] CHP booming in Tuesday

By the way, I heard California Highway Patrol booming in
on 39.40 today (Tuesday).

At first I thought I was hearing Frederick units, but
they started talking about California stuff and I then
heard some fuzz on the signal and knew what it was.
Rock solid for several hours.
