[Scan-DC] MoCo house fire

Prolly an air unit.  They are used to refill the Firefighter's air tanks as
they are emptied during the course of fighting the fire.  I think that thing
carries generators, also.  If it was from Rockville-23, then I believe
that's called Special Unit 23 or possibly from Station 3 where the central
HazMat units are stationed.
