[Scan-DC] MSP xband into 800

  I'm preparing a major update of the Md State Police page I maintain at
Grove.  The updates have to do with those barracks that echo their 39 mhz
systems onto their respective county's 800 system.  Those that I know of
that are either doing it now, or are planning to once their system is
active, are the following;

-Frederick
-Carroll
-St.Marys
-Wicomico
-Worcester

 If there are others I've missed, that's what I need to know.  What about
Howard and Montgomery, for example?
