[Scan-DC] Strange Search

In the late 2300 hour heard an unidentified helo (callsign 04) on the DCA 
helo unicom (120.75) telling DCA control that they had just completed a low 
altitude search of Suburban and Ft Meade airfields but had not found who they 
were looking for.  The helo told the control that if whoever they were 
looking for had flown any lower, they would have probably hit one of the 
buildings in the area.

The helo also mentioned to the DCA controller that they thought that their 
FLIR equipment would have picked up whoever they were looking for. Later the 
helo mentioned that the Fairfax helo had also spotted something, but that 
they thought it might have been a meteor.
