[Scan-DC] HOWARD COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS-ALL COMMS RESTRICTED TO EMERGENCY TRAFFIC ONLY

At 1030hrs this morning, Howard County Comms advised that its switching to
Comm Center Location 2.

All PD traffic was switched to Channel 1 and roll call was commenced.  All
PD Traffic was restricted until further notice.

At the same time, All FD traffic was restricted to emergency traffic only on
Fire 1.

Not sure what this means att.  Hopefully, more to follow...
