[Scan-DC] digital scanner news

  Uniden has issued a pdf file with data concerning the upcoming digital
scanners.  You can link to it via Strong Signals (which has a link on our
main page) or via the digital scanner news and rumors page (on our scanners
page).
It makes for interesting reading.

  One point of confusion I can see arising tho - the only M/A Com system
that these new scanners will support is EDACS - Open Sky is not included,
so that's a bummer for our Pennsylvania friends  :.((
