[Scan-DC] Update on shooting

Fire service requesting Trooper for the medevac / Trooper 8 en route to fly 
the patient with a reported "through and through" shooting in the leg, just 
below the knee w/a lump in the femur area /  Caller advises no bone was 
struck / Unconfirmed if this is a police officer or not / LZ @ Browns Bridge &
 Lime Kiln.
