[Scan-DC] Reported shooting in Howard County (MD)

FYI - reported one shot in the leg (unk if PD involved or not, call came 
through MoCo) / Browns Bridge & Schooley Mill / off duty officer struck in 
the leg with a **.50 cal** (fifty calliber).  Fire 1 (154.250) and Police 5 
(155.595).
