[Scan-DC] Air to air traffic on 123.45

Good afternoon.  There is a lot of air to air traffic on 123.45 today.  =
I wonder if it associated with this evening's Redskins football game.  =
Chatter was about the blimp this morning. Now pilots are commenting =
about traffic above and below them.
