[Scan-DC] Explosion at University of Maryland

A generator exploded in the Physics Building at the University of Maryland
about 11 a.m. One person was trapped inside, they have gotten him out and
are waiting for the medevac helicopter. It's "priority one with pulse"
(don't know exactly what that means.) Heavy smoke on basement, 1st, and
2nd floors, Hazmat team en route.
