All,

In the late 1200 hour EST Lima 47Y called Sector (165.2375) to inform them 
that because of headwinds they were going to have to stop over in Knoxville 
TN and refuel. 

Lima 47Y asked that the info be relayed to Hammer and Bushwhacker (id as 
Customs Operations at NAS New Orleans)
