[Scan-DC] Identify 166.925

US Park Police Dispatch for the DC area.  Primarily work I 295, Suitland
Parkway, and downtown.  They get into a lot, and back up MPDC alot.  They
also are the "primary" responders to anything on Suitland Parkway, 295, and
areas around the monuments. They have a very strong signal on 166.925.
Secondary dispatch is 166.725.  Tactical is 166.850.
