[Scan-DC] Identify 166.925

[Patrick Coggins]

I have heard a lot of activity tonight on 166.925.  it is definitely law enforcement working in the DC area.  I have it listed as ATF (from an internet list somewhere) but it does not sound like ATF.  They are responding to LoJack alarms and also have a helo called Eagle One.  Anyone out there with a positive I.D.?
