[Scan-DC] FBI Activity

All,

In the early 0000 hour (EDT) FBI channel 167.7375 is active in both clear and 
encrypted speech.  Clear speech is being heard from mobile units while 
responses by control are all encrypted.

The mobile units are staking out an unknown location and are waiting for a 
canine unit to arrive before they approach the location.

Not sure but this may be related to the APB put out for the two suspects in 
the sniper case.
