[Scan-DC] RC-7 Catch Confirmed

All,

Thanks to some photos provided by one of the guys in Virginia it is now 
confirmed that the RC-7 in the DC area is using the callsign Ghost 02.

The guy in Richmond heard this same callsign working with Richmond and ZDC 
while he took pictures of the RC-7 flying overhead.
