[Scan-DC] DEA Surveillance Operation, 23 Oct 02

In the mid 1900 hour a couple of DEA units were active on 418.975 conducting 
a surveillance operation. 

I caught it already underway I can't be sure if it was in the DC or Baltimore 
area.

The DEA units were staked out in a parking out surveilling a parked car, near 
a 7-11, which they suspected was dealing drugs. One of the units made a 
running pass by the target vehicle and got the license tag. The first unit 
informed the other unit that the CI (Confidential Informant) had left the 
target vehicle and was headed out of the parking lot. 

The second unit was concerned about some possible suspects in a store nearby. 
After the second unit expressed concern about persons in the store the first 
unit broadcast to all units to break off their surveillance.
