I had a young idiot up in Westminster who knew next to nothing about
antennas.
He thought that a trunk lid mount was the same as a window lip mount, and
that a deck mount had something to do with wood.  There aren't too many
vehicles out there made of wood.  Worst thing about RS employees is that
even when you point out, or they admit that they know nothing, they still
continue to hang out with you or follow you around the store.
I one time asked if they had any Motorola connectors for my car radio.  The
guy replied "we have nothing made by Motorola except for cell phones" and
"we have nothing for car stereos".  I pointed out that they did have a
Motorola to so-239 adaptor, which obviously goes to a car radio.  What
idiots.
