[Scan-DC] Possible RC-7 Catch, 23 Oct 02

All,

Late this afternoon I heard callsign Ghost 02 working Wash App/Dep (125.65) 
reporting that he was in the area and starting his mission.  He eventually 
asked for clearance up to 7,500 ft. 

He has a very distinctive, loud and clear transmitter and his chatter  with 
the ATC leads me to believe he may be the RC-7 platform deployed here to help 
in the search for the sniper.

I've heard this callsign in the area at different times of the days and 
couldn't pin him down. But now I think he's possibly the RC-7.
