[Scan-DC] Police Activity Gaithersburg/Germantown

Yeah, I noticed a black hawk in the sky (very low) near Old Georgetown Rd/
Exec Blvd) around the same time.

It was black with a gold horizontal stripe. Much like the Customs' units
that track ground / air targets. Which would make some sense given the
sniper.

I haven't heard what is exactly going on.

Good Morning,

Just woke up - have scanner on and HELO in area Gaithersburg / Germantown 
district - listening to MCPD Channel 5 495.337 - have units talking about a 
command post, notifying the helicopter, had a helicopter fly low over my 
house near Gaithersburg High School.

Anyone have any ideas of what's going on?
