[Scan-DC] AA county on tg60304

I believe that is actually the talkgroup they are using to simulcast with
BWI's 154.100.  They are using tg60272 to simulcast BWI's secondary channel.
I might have the two groups reversed, though.

  Yeah, I've noticed in the past that AA county uses this tg as a training
talkgroup- they often run Motorola radio maintenance and other kinds of
training audio here.  So often, in fact, that at one time I had to lock
this tg out of my list.
