All of the apco-25 systems in the DC area are using 3600 baud control.
I
did hear testing of what might have been a 9600 baud control channel
on the new Prince William system, but that was in addition to the
3600 baud control channel that has always been there. If you're
780 can track it, the new scanners should too. I suspect
reigonal compatability factors heavially in the decision to upgrade
to 9600 baud.
