[Scan-DC] Uniden new P25 scanner limitations

Hello:
 
Uniden's new scanner apparently will not handle a 9600 baud control
channel (see strongsignals website.)  So, how will this affect us in
this region?  Do any of the new P25 systems recently activated or being
built use a 9600 baud control channel, rendering the new, expensive
Uniden scanners "useless" for monitoring those systems?  Does anybody
have a list of area P25 digital systems, both built and proposed, and
their respective control channel baud rates?
