[Scan-DC] New Guy with Question about DC Police Helicoptor

Hello Everyone:

New guy here. I just bought my first scanner (bc245xlt) and have spent 
a bunch of time searching the web for scaning info. The Capitol Hills 
Monitor and Strong Signals websites are great. But, I couldn't find the 
answer to one question which I hope I can trouble you all with: what's 
the best scanner? No, that's a joke :-)  My question is: does anyone 
know which frequencies the DC police helicoptor(s) use?  The thing 
seems to hover over my house about twice a week and I'm eager to find 
out what its doing up there.
