[Scan-DC] Unmarked helicopter on MSNBC

New media reports that two helicopters were used. The first was a VA State
unit that flew bullet fragments from the Medical Examiners Office in
Richmond to the ATF National Laboratory (which I've been in when working for
Treasury). The second unit was the FBI helicopter which has been referenced
in previous posts (I believe a ROSS unit?).
