[Scan-DC] Unmarked helicopter on MSNBC

Just saw the press conference on TV and the Spotsylvania County SO Major
said they had a VSP and FBI helicopter land.  Sounds like FBI is it.

MSNBC is doing a live shot from the latest shooting and a VSP Bell 
Ranger (?) just landed next to what looks like a bigger Bell that is 
blue (black) and totally unmarked (so says the reporter).  They are 
speculating it is FBI or ATF.

What does ATF or FBI fly in the DC area?  Anyone know?
