Check the date on the draft. You will see it was in Feb. of 2002. Mr. 
Carmichael is no longer employed with Fairfax County gov't.

With reference to simulcast all PD simulcast has ceased. FD simulcast is 
sproadic on the 460mhz channels, o.k. for 4A (dispatch) and 4B (response) on 
trunked system analog. The fireground channels 4C through 4K is sproadic to 
non exisistent. The sooner we get the digital Uniden scanners the better!
