[Scan-DC] incident in bethesda with FBI helicopter up

    Was there a seperate incident in Bethesda? I know there was an incident
on University Blvd (maybe I just don't know my geography--it was in the
'edward' beat') with the same situation.... I later heard on WTOP that it
was a jumper and not a shooting.  This is the first time I was able to hear
a major police incident.. very interesting.
