[Scan-DC] incident in bethesda with FBI helicopter up

Working on incident on 494.8625 with FBI helicopter i.d. as 9-Tango-30.  Woman is DRT (dead right there) but not clear if she jumped or was shot.  1 caller claimed to have heard a shooting.   Dan
