[Scan-DC] video downllink for eagle (uspp) helo

   The following 1,700 mhz. frequencies are used by the Blue Ridge Parkway for
PTP links and most likely would not be used as a downlink frequency:

    (Mhz.)

 1716.0000
 1726.0000
 1730.0000
 1752.0000
 1764.0000
 1775.0000

1800-1840  mhz. offers no conflicts.
