[Scan-DC] Frederick County Updates

An update on Frederick County, and the new 800 mhz system.  I just =
figured this out this evening. =20
Here is what I have thus far:

856.4875
857.4875=20
858.4875=20
859.4875=20
860.4875=20
866.6125=20
866.9125=20
868.4750=20
868.7500=20


You'll all note the addition of the "866" freq's.  According to Lindsay =
Blanton's site (postings on Frederick County by "Jim" aka Airfire), =
these are the freq's now used for voice.  Once I put these into my =
'tracker, I've been picking up everything like I'm supposed to.

Here is what I've been able to pick up thus far....(with help from the =
list as well!)

16048: Fire Dispatch Also simulcast on 46.340.=20
16848 Fire Tac 20 Used like the old "fire 1 & 2" as an incident command =
channel, in conjunction with EMS 10=20
16080 Fire Tac 30 Used like the old "fire 3" as an incident command =
channel, in conjunction with EMS 10=20
16912 EMS 10 : Typically, this is being used for Ambulance traffic for =
hospital advisory, as well as on scene command stuff for accidents thus =
far.=20

17136 Appears to be a fire academy training channel at this point, don't =
know the exact designation yet. When I was fiddling with my scanner on =
Friday, I heard what was def. academy recruits (they were being yelled =
at by instructors, and they had masks on, sounding like they were doing =
building clearing)

16976: "Special Ops 3". I heard this channel referred to as this, but no =
other traffic on it. Not sure of use yet.=20

17200 EMS Call 1 (simulcast of 462.950)

It would appear that all of the "old" talk groups in use on this net =
remain unchanged, at least from what I am seeing now. I can hear FCSO =
being dispatched on TG 16 as usual.

Now I can at least hear what is going on=20
