Thanks for the report, Ron! I think I heard them fly over - they sure got
my attention. I'm about a mile west of Seven Corners (near Arlington Blvd.
and Annandale Rd.) so I hear a lot of aircraft, but these were the loudest
ever. By the time I got outside they were out of sight, but I might not
have seen them anyway due to heavy cloud cover. The noise was unusual
enough that I turned on the TV to check for news bulletins.
