Hold a transistor radio up to the microphone and hold down the PTT
button. Counterproductive, as don't they use FRS too. I'm mean, they
don's all have Nextels, do they? More than likely, it was the MPD doing
this to disrupt the protesters. Illegal, by the way. See the FCC rules.
