Could this have been part of the "special" for transporting Congress to New
York City this week for the special session?

Hello List,
I was over in the Providence, RI yard and there were 2 Gensis engines "821"
and 837 i think with the old fashoned Polmar cars. There was AMPD sitting
threre and they were loading up water in the cars and another for food. Are
they doing this for the special passanger run this week?
