[Scan-DC] Amtrak Special Passanger Run

Hello List,
I was over in the Providence, RI yard and there were 2 Gensis engines =
"821" and 837 i think with the old fashoned Polmar cars. There was AMPD =
sitting threre and they were loading up water in the cars and another =
for food. Are they doing this for the special passanger run this week?
