[Scan-DC] programmable data files

  Those of you that subscribe to the BC245int Yahoo list know that
I have proposed adding a folder for data files that can be collected and
shared among the group.

  It occurs to me that we have nothing like that for our list.  Altho we
have a scan-dc on Yahoo, there's also a MD_Scan and 4 or 5 
Virginia lists.  We could set up a series of folders- one for each
file type in the list we select.  If we start with one state, the
other states and regions could clone off what we learn.

  What do I mean by file type?  Well, there's .ws1 and .ws2 for
Winscan files, .SPG for Win92, .P93 for Win93, .dat files for
BC245int...we would have to sort of take an inventory just to see
how many would need to be stored.

  The MD_Scan group already has a few files in its area, but I
don't know about the Virginia lists.  Once this gets built up
enough, I can add a link on that region's link page.

  Is there any interest in this?  73s  Mike
