The wing is over the fuselage, I think. Other than 125.65, is there any
frequency I can hear him on? Soon after I made my original post, he
changed directions and began flying counterclockwise. His circles moved
to the southeast so that he was over Old Town Alexandria and the Wilson
Bridge. He was still up there at 2100, but I think he's gone now.
I hope he's not trying to be secret, because it's not working.
